Moonship Coffee – Return & Refund Policy

At Moonship Coffee, we’re dedicated to making sure every cup you brew is exceptional. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Coffee Products (Ground, Whole Bean, and Pods)
Because coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns once the package has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We will gladly offer a refund, store credit, or replacement in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong product was shipped
- The product was never received (confirmed via tracking)
To be eligible:
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging (except in cases of damage or defect)
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Please email us at moonshipcoffee@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
- A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, defect), we will cover return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened coffee products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
