Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed, roasted, and shipped the same business day. In some cases, processing may take up to two (2) business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Regions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates
All coffee orders ship free of charge.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery time is two (2) to five (5) business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the delivery address.

Carriers
Shipments are fulfilled through various carriers. We reserve the right to select the carrier and shipping method best suited to your order and destination.

Order Tracking
Customers will automatically receive a tracking number via email once an order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered incorrectly if the shipping address provided at checkout was inaccurate. Customers are responsible for verifying that their shipping information is correct before completing an order.
